Content is equal to the number of seconds you have to wait until redirection. So for example you can put a text or pic or any HTML code you want and be redirected to another page after 5 seconds if you use:

1  <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="5; url=http://www.yoursite.com/yourpage.html">

Change the URL to whatever you want.
